Established in 2008, Mulroy Architects is a RIBA Chartered Practice with an award-winning team based in London.  Our tight-knit studio of problem-solving creatives is made up of architects, architectural designers and our business department, whose health and development is central to how we structure our practice.  We promote flexi-time working with a nine-day fortnight, we encourage our practice run club and we support our brilliant team to become future leaders.

This refurbishment and extension maximised the potential of this existing Victorian terrace home. Moving from a heavily compartmentalised layout to a new open plan arrangement has increased functionality and brought light into the center of the Uplands Road House.
Ridge Road is the extension and refurbishment of an end of terrace Edwardian home in Crouch End. Two new single storey extensions connect to an existing dining area, housing a new kitchen and sun room which together create a contemporary open plan living area at the rear of the property.
A high-end loft extension maximising the properties potential by adding a fourth bedroom, dressing room and bathroom to a family home in Essex. The aim was to create a sleek luxurious retreat for the homeowners while adding an extra 25sqm of habitable space.
As the house is built on a hill, the stair is an important part of the design. It is the visual focus of the home and links the new and old buildings. The glazed ceiling above provides glimpses up to the sky and trees that makes the house feel bigger.
The renovation of the Minchenden Crescent House involved repurposing the existing floor plans in order to incorporate a large open kitchen and dining space. In order to create this unique space, Andrew Mulroy architects suggested rebuilding
