The Penthouse has five bedrooms, three living spaces, two kitchens and four bathrooms. The living room, with a 6 meter high double height space is located in the south, facing the Qiantang River. The spiral staircase is in the southeast corner, and the three sky terraces are connected to the secondary bedrooms, western kitchen and multi-functional room.
The Recyclable House was designed and built by Quentin Irvine, Managing Director of Inquire Invent Pty Ltd. Aesthetic inspirations for the house were drawn from iconic Australian galvanised steel wool sheds, hand crafts and industrial.
Situated among vast fields and quiet sheep herds in Belgium, a heritage structure has been restored into a newly opened B&B. ’ The Bunkers ’ as the property is aptly named, was originally built in concrete on the brink of 1st world war.
This 33 SQM flat has 3 different levels including entry level, kitchen level and bedroom level. The main feature is the floor to ceiling shelving consists kitchen cabinet, bookshelves and wardrobe. The long stairs is an extra sitting and a laid back area for this micro flat.
The project is located in a high-end residential community. In spite of the “high-end” positioning of the project, AD Architecture still endowed it with artistic features. Through feeling the beauty of pureness and quietness in space, the Studio created an elegant residence that purifies and eases people’s mind.
The external appearance of Fishermans Lane house includes a combination of rough sawn vertical cedar weatherboards, timber shutters, dark corrugate roofing, extruded joiner frames and dark aluminium joinery.
This modern mexican home was designed as a tailor-made suit for a young couple who were looking for a refuge that would take them away from the outer chaos and create a space of tranquility to enhance their human development.
