A double-height loft, an intervention where works have already started, a young family and their home renovation. This project is focused on reorganizing the open-plan living space, enhancing its verticality and preserving the layout of the rooms – bathrooms excluded.

The Miagui Offices project started with the need to expand the company. Miagui is a creative studio that specializes in advertising images. The concept was the creation of a free flowing and relaxed space, aligned with the company’s creative culture.

This project is for modest yet highly detailed contemporary alterations and additions to an existing detached weatherboard Edwardian residence with a rear Western aspect in Camberwell, Victoria. As well as the proposed living area additions, the brief called for the upgrading of existing bath rooms, wardrobes, improved internal circulation, the provision of a swimming pool, and landscaped utility areas.
