This stylish open-plan house is born with 3 basic principles, LIGHT, VIEW, and SPACE. The house is planned to be a 1 level construction and the main desire is to catch the views from the lake, in order to achieve that, the site was needed to be elevated approximately 18 feet above the initial level.
Ceres House is our largest project completed to date. Located within the rolling hills of Ceres – a rural hamlet of Geelong – the project was virtually a new build and involved the simultaneous design of the residence, its interior and immediate exterior spaces.
This modern vertical home is located in a calm, quiet area in Nha Trang city, distanced from the busy center of a city full of tourists. KAstudio approached the design with a goal to create a space which the owners ‘family could spend peaceful, quiet and relaxing moments together.
The project with a surface area of around 70 square meters is a guest pavilion that functions as an autonomous architecture conceived as an extension of a project that we had developed in the studio.
