The project scope included a restoration of the interior of the building to its original use as a medical office through a series of sensitive architectural and design solutions for our client, a young up-and-coming plastic surgeon who specializes in facial feminization and surgeries for transgender clients.
Andrea Calo Photography
Raised in the desert, Andrea Calo grew up on the edge of urban sprawl in Phoenix, Arizona.
Between sunburns and brushes with cholla cacti, the desert made a great impression on her in terms of humans' shared relationship with place. Exploring these themes, Andrea received her BFA in Photography from the Herberger Institute of Design and the Arts at Arizona State University in 2009.
Andrea's foundation in architectural photography was built photographing desert homes in the greater Phoenix area. In 2012 she relocated to Austin, TX, where she spends her free time enjoying expeditions in her 1988 Toyota Pickup and cruising around town on her 1971 Suzuki two-stroke (when it starts).

The Greenwich Industrial Loft, located in Manhattan’s Tribeca, is the renovation of an existing loft space in a 1920’s industrial building – an old printing plant. The detailing of the space complemented the original industrial nature of the building and reflected the owner’s love of mid-century modern furniture and art.
Sky Crown Terraces are two identical and adjacent houses designed and built by Bercy Chen Studio in Austin, Texas. The monolithic form, courtyards, and habitable flat roofs evoke the vernacular of the American Southwest interpreted by Modernism.
