Design / Build in partnership with ROOT Design Company, Drophouse completed all steel and wood components for this ranch remodel and pool pavilion. Pool Pavilion features 4 sliding doors over 16′ tall and steel fireplace. Ranch house features zinc backsplash and steel firewood storage.

Drophouse worked with general contractor and subs help to oversee construction, and was able to influence design of components, including the bathrooms, fireplace/hidden blower, and louver system.
