An interesting fact connected with years: at first design bureu In2design designed the interior of the entire house and then the designers began working on an all-season terrace on the roof of the villa. Thus, we completed the project on a turnkey basis – all house was completed bu our team.
The area of the villa is 300 square meters, while the kitchen and living occupies 150 meters. The DNA of this villa is formed by:
– location directly on the coast of the water surface
– minimalistic modern architecture of the villa
– an interior integrated into the existing area (the architectural project was done before the interior one) – we tried to erase the boundaries and walls and combine the exterior with the interior
– natural materials and finishes that symbolize natural textures and textures
– air and lots and lots of light – saving space was one of the main wishes of the Customer
We took the shape of the wave and its “texture” (since there are only 5 meters from the house to the water) as the main conceptual form – this is why the kitchen island has a form of a wave shape, and then the texture of the water surface appeared on the wall near the fireplace and on the second floor there is a hall in a gradient of shades of the ocean.
