Classic Modernity – Office Suite by AP+I Design
The owner of the building had a 3,000 SF office suite on the first floor of his 4-story professional services building that he was having trouble leasing during the pandemic.
New Mountain View Office – Dropbox by AP+I Design
Dropbox’s new Mountain View office brought a Silicon Valley presence to their real estate portfolio. The location, just steps away from the Castro Street train station, was meant to attract and retain engineers living in the area.
Splunk Silicon Valley Workplace – The Stairway of Connection
This is an 8-story 290,000 SF building adjacent to a similarly sized building also occupied by Splunk. Both buildings are located at the prominent South Bay retail center Santana Row.
444 Castro Mountain View by AP+I Design
The Swig Company also wanted to reposition the building’s identity to leverage its prime location, renaming it 444 Castro.
