Nido House is a single-family dwelling located in the province of Buenos Aires, city of San Fernando, a mile away from Rio de la Plata.
“Detrás del Árbol” (Behind the Tree) From the start, we felt the focal point to this house had to be the tree. It had to be the host that welcomed you to the Nagus house.
The Cariló house is named after the town it is built in. It is placed on a corner lot one block away from the sea. Its proximity to the beach makes a less leafy and more arid scenery, which encouraged us to intervene the landscape.
EH Residence is a permanent home for a young couple that doesn’t plan on having children, at least in the medium term. So the program escapes the usual projects of closed neighborhoods.
This Chacarita small apartment, residual product of the fragmentation of a property built in the 50s in Buenos Aires, Argentina, forms an “ochava” on the first floor with visuals as open to the outside as exposed to the curious look from the street.
These comprised the first project data for a Pinamar vacation home which would offer ample spaces to gather and converse bearing in mind that, on vacations, spaces are used more placidly, the senses are awake and the contemplation of the surroundings becomes a rewarding experience.
The northern end of the Forest Concrete House was designed as the culmination of the common space with a large semi-covered balcony protected from the views from the street by the local pastures and with distant views of great scenic value.
