The ATO House, designed by IR Arquitectura, stands as a remarkable example of how modern architecture can blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings. Situated near the Bajo de San Isidro Ecological Reserve, the site presented unique conditions that deeply influenced the design.
VP House is a concrete summer house located in Costa Esmeralda, in a seaside neighborhood 13 km north of the city of Pinamar and four hours away from Buenos Aires. The client commissioned a typical concrete summer house for him and his family, but he also requested that the house should accommodate standard uses to allow it to be rented out.
The MeMo house, which was built on a plot in San Isidro, in the northern part of the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, was conceived on the premise of a client who is passionate about landscaping and has a strong conviction regarding sustainability and the environment.
The CG342 House was conceived upon the request of a young professional to be built on a lagoon lot located in a private gated golf community. Lot limits get blurred with the inevitable focal point: the lagoon. As regards usefulness, we designed flexible spaces adaptable to our client’s active life as well as to his future family needs, trying not to restrict other possible uses.
