Charles House is a multi-generational home recently completed by Melbourne- based Austin Maynard Architects. The client’s wanted a house they could live in for at least 25 years. They wanted a home that would grow with the family, anticipating and accommodating different needs at each stage.
Dark Horse House is a single-family residence designed by Architecture Architecture, an award winning Melbourne-based practice, recognised for its dedication to contemporary architecture and design.
The Montville Residence by Sparks Architects is situated on the western edge of a 25 acre property on the Blackall Range near Montville, QLD. A north / south ridge line with commanding views over the property to the north and east and the Baroon Pocket Dam to the west was selected for siting the building.
This project is an alterations and additions to an early 1900s two bedroom single-storey semi-detached house. Our client, a builder/developer, approached us with an existing planning approval for the property and engaged us to complete the detail design and interiors for the project.
Minimal and raw, yet textured and welcoming, the Paddington Residence is an exploration of flexibility, space, and materials. Designed by and for Ellivo Architects’ Principal Mason Cowle and his family, the challenge was to bring a rigorously contemporary home to an historical neighborhood.
