Benny Chan is a Los Angeles-based architectural photographer known for his large-format, highly detailed images that emphasize texture, structure, and sweeping perspective. With training in architecture (B.Arch from SCI-Arc) and early work at major architectural firms, he brings a design-sensitive approach to his photography.
He works across a range of project types—residential, commercial, infrastructure, aerial, and landscapes—often collaborating with leading architects to document avant-garde and large-scale works. His work has been published internationally and has earned him recognition such as the Julius Shulman Institute Excellence in Photography Award in 2018.
