Located within Woollahra Council’s Heritage Conservation Area, this residence is perched upon a 5m heritage sandstone wall that forms part of a large bushland setting. The Woollahra house has been designed as a structure that belongs to the park with its strong concrete block corner buttresses rising up from the existing sandstone base.
LA House was born out of an especially fruitful relationship with the client. Thorough communication was established from the beginning and we were granted complete trust to translate their needs into space.

Located east of Gothenburg, the Öjersjö-house is a modest dwelling overlooking the lake Stora Kåsjön. Designed by Swedish Bornstein Lyckefors Architects Villa Öjersjö is a contemporary black wooden house. The dwelling interweaves with the site in a concept where the program is swept under the ”carpet” by lifting the landscape.
At Brass House, the design revolves around the Garden Room, the value of custom detailed, timber windows and doors, brickwork and in-situ concrete elements soften through native landscaping.
The Chelsea SW10 is an interwar semi-detached property in a pocket of land to the rear of other gardens. The basement extends under the garden, with a metre of soil for sustainable drainage.
Kennedy Residence: a replacement house on a site that sits at the westernmost end of a linear village in the Chilterns, with distant views to the west and north across rolling farmland.
78 Third Place–the first Passive House Plus built in the United States–included a rehabilitation of a townhouse built in the early 1900’s. Revitalized by New York-based studio, Baxt Ingui the work respected the original historical architecture of the main building and restoration of the front façade
Completed in 2014, Cheeran House was the recipient of RIBA South Regional and RIBA National awards in 2016, and featured on Grand Designs as a candidate for the RIBA House of the Year.
