The Through residence uses this position to set up a distant dialogue between the 2 green spaces. In front, a U-shaped balcony cantilevers out above street level to channel the park into the interior where raintree canopies frame an intimate study.
The Tree Top Residence celebrates the site’s complex landscape, merging with it seamlessly and emerging from it atop the canopy of trees that surround it. Built along a natural ridgeline, the long and narrow plan of the three-story house mimics and inverts the angles of the site’s topography, creating dynamic vertical and horizontal relationships.
The Las Lomas Residence is envisioned in two distinct elements; the “frame” which defines the public realm and main living areas, while the limestone clad volumes enclose the private family areas of the house.
LONSHRY Jewelry Art Store is located in the F16 Mall in Shantou, selling stylish jewelry of high quality. It is a small space with only 60 sqm and there is a big pillar in the middle of it – it’s really a project which requires brainstorming.
The Shadow house had to offer privacy from the busy south facing side street whilst benefit from northern sunlight. Therefore, the new monolithic form is windowless to the south side street with the ground floor set back to the south boundary.
This mansard apartment project is designed for a young family who loves comfort in general and comfort in the interior in particular. During project concept designing, our vision has perfectly matched to the client needs, that led to a great chemistry in our cooperation on the one hand and fruitful results on the other.
This new concrete and cedar family home works hard to maximise the clients programme needs within the tight constraints of this small urban beachside site. This minimalist beachside house had to have a minimal and hardwearing material palette to respond to the harsh coastal environment.
Lotto 16 is part of the Garden cooperative in Marina di Ragusa, which consists of two-story residences surrounded by big gardens. The ground level hosts the living area, kitchen and dining room; all environments have a direct relationship with the exterior.
