The northern end of the Forest Concrete House was designed as the culmination of the common space with a large semi-covered balcony protected from the views from the street by the local pastures and with distant views of great scenic value.

The 2,150 square-foot Coal Harbour apartment originally felt much smaller due to a fragmented layout and jarring material palette. Strong, simple gestures resulted in a revised layout that opened up the living area while reconnecting the space with breath-taking views of the mountains, oceans and the city.
Inside the large lounge, the suspended bench beautifully accompanies the eye from the american walnut bookcase along the windows, becoming functional seating, interrupted by the columns on which electric blue appliques are suspended, giving a touch of typical colour from the 70’s.

Starting with a vacant lot with a very steep down-slope from the street, the design of the Car Park house places the carport on the roof with the residence below. In addition to being a dramatic shift of expectations, it is also a logical response to the building code which requires parking for two vehicles.
Taking cues from the original 1-acre site and existing live oak trees, this 8,500 square foot North Dallas house with a traditional “H” layout is very solid, and in some ways, what you expect.
Casa Arturo is located in Mar del Plata, Argentina. This house responds to the requirements of a young family, who prioritizes the privacy and the relationship with the green areas. Bearing in mind those premises, the design tries to create a limit from the street, which results in a simple façade.
