The Withrow Laneway House sensitively and unobtrusively contributes density to the urban fabric of Parkdale by making use of the laneway as its front street. The laneway house is tucked away behind the original Withrow House, a municipally designated heritage resource.
The Spider House is an extension and renovation to a mid century solid brick suburban two level house, involving a complete aesthetic renewal of the entire house. This project was a collaboration involving the architect, interior designer Emma Dwyer and the builder Matthew Dwyer from MMD Constructions, all contributing equally in all areas of design.

The project is the construction of a small vacation house in Erquy on a 1067 square meter plot. Located on the Emerald coast in Brittany, Erquy is surrounded by beaches and offers a unique natural setting.
New construction of a single family house for a family of seven. The new two level building is organized around a lightwell on the entry level. The bedrooms are located to the northeast side, whilst the family room and kitchen are at the southwest side enjoying a view of the inlet beyond.
This project began as a simple addition to the rear of a two storey detached house in Bedford Park. Through the design and construction process the renovation expanded to include a full renovation weaving a new and modern aesthetic into the existing house.
The composition of the openings, the ambiguous elements of the addition and the materiality blend the two distinct entities. The space of the new stair and its design bring light into the center of the entire composition. The new glossy white concrete slabs integrate and conceal all the contemporary technology of the house.
The Wedge house is a custom family home located in the eastern suburbs of Athens, in the mountainous and full of pine trees area of Pikermi, named Drafi. The site is quite distinctive and has many challenging features. The main complexity is the steep terrain with an almost 20-meter- height-difference from one side of the site to the other.
Deertrack Lane was a 1960’s era two level house that needed a spark. Our focus was on reworking the entryway, stair and interior and exterior living areas to address our clients’ interest in a more comfortable and livable home.
