The Meitar Family house is located in a settlement in the northern part of the Israeli desert and was built on the highest hill in the area, overlooking the slopes of the settlement.
This project is edged. Located on the edge. The edge of a neighborhood on the edge of a city. On the border line. This line is the generator of the project. Its leading line. The Round Edge House is extremely open to one direction, allowing the landscape to dissolve into the house.
The Two in One House features spectacular architecture through balanced touches of concrete, wood, black and white which seamlessly lace from the exterior to the interior of the house in all their glory.
Originally built in the 1950’s as low-cost housing for the working class, in accordance with the social ideology of simplicity, the SW House is part of a row building situated in one of Tel Aviv’s neighborhoods.
This Ramat HaSharon penthouse is built in a unique model. “Roof Villa” is “Reverse Villa” – downstairs bedroom living room and kitchen. Public areas are upstairs.
A fluent yet great gesture of linking indoor and outdoor was our main guide in this project. The house is built on a dual plot, and our challenge was giving the costumers a sense of privacy, intimacy and freedom with in their home.
The project is a 220 sqm house located in a small kibbutz (Nir – Am) in the Gaza envelope. Despite the constant threat that inflicts the area, the residents (a young couple in their 30’s with a toddler, a baby and a beautiful golden-retriever) chose to build their home in the place where they were born and raised.
