Makio House is a corner lot unit located in a guarded neighbourhood of Kuala Lumpur. The client wanted a minimalistic and comfortable home to suit his family and personality.
Bewboc House is a suburban terrace house in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia owned by a young family who requested for minimal intervention. The approach was to reimagine a form befitting a corner house and to re-purpose the living spaces on ground level.
The project is built over 2 plots of land located in the affluent and matured residential enclave of Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. The average residential plot in the area has a lot size of 600m2 with a standard double-storey house built in the 1980s. The houses were of a small built up and generic.
Designer Dymitr Malcew has conceived the apbc offices in Kuala Lumpur with the intention to redefine the conventional office spaces, sometimes characterized by a heavy and colder atmosphere. Dymitr Malcew tried to create a calming environment, inspired by nature, dotted by surprising decorative elements. Located in the bustling city’s main shopping, entertainment and tourism district,
