The Caixabank Offices designed by Miriam Barrio Studio are located on the 6th floor of the Dau building in Barcelona, specifically designed for the bank’s innovation and marketing department. This interior design project spans 2,000 square meters and emphasizes the brand’s corporate identity through the extensive use of the bank’s signature blue and yellow colors.
To this renovation, it has not only changed its use but also through the different materials and colours it’s been transformed into a bright and fresh loft.
With a fresh and Mediterranean look, this penthouse is located on the roof of a building next to Casa Batlló, and its orientation allows you to enjoy stunning views of the city and the sea.
The Napols apartment was transformed completely, from a previous segmented distribution with small cubicles, to a house with an open and idle concept.
The first challenge was to transform an old gloomy floor into a bright house. The change of distribution and the new orientation of the common areas that now cross the entire floor, allows light to cross from one end to the other.
