This stylish and colorful apartment spreads on almost 180 sq., it features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 dressings, an open-space kitchen, living-dining room, and a generous hallway entrance, not to forget the big terrace stretching on al the apartment length providing beautiful views towards the park through wide floor to ceiling windows.
Situated 40 km North of Bucharest, in a peaceful rural setting, the house serves as a week-end and vacation retreat for a family living and working in the capital. It tries to make the most of its privileged location
Two external courtyards interrupt the linearity of the ENE house, one that announces the access and another, more generous, in relation to the kitchen and the dining room.

The RS Apartment represents an experiment of materiality: Antithetic Juxtaposition of metal and wood, with the debut of a new finish in the local design language – Bluesteel.
The 150 sqm apartment covers the entire last floor of a newly built block of flats; it has a spacious terrace (around 60 sqm) and a smart partitioning, so we didn’t need to make radical changes in this aspect.
The site for the project is located in Otopeni city, adjacent to Bucharest. It consists of a generous plot on which an old 100 sqm house was located. The Origami house had a basement, ground floor, first floor and attic.
