Exactly in the year of the Bauhaus centenary celebrations, we were asked to do a comprehensive interior design of an unusual house in Konstancin-Jeziorna.
In the Russian Capital of Moscow, this contemporary home, set among the pine woods on an island in the Moskva River, introduces a revolutionary outward-looking approach to the city’s architectural tradition.
Within this oasis, we wanted to develop a home that both focuses on the connection between daily life and the green garden around the villa, as the value of this location with respect to the surrounded residents.
Located in San Miguel de Allende (Mexico), Shoemaker House is a vacation home built on top of a pronounced semi-arid slope; this last element served as the basis for the creative development of the project and helps to achieve a balanced vision between low cost and functionality.
The Moscow-based bureau Kerimov Architects has developed the interior design of a country house with a total area of 310 sq. m in the villa community “Moscow Evenings”.
The project is located in Shaab, Kuwait with a plot area of 500 m2. The MT Villa plan applies a clean, contemporary aesthetic designed around the needs of a young family with 2 children.
A rare and unique invitation presented itself in the form of a large blank canvas within a leafy blue-chip Christchurch suburb where we were given complete autonomy and freedom over the aesthetic direction of our client’s home.
