Nestled perfectly between the Snake River and valley proper — with panoramic views of the Tetons to the west and north and Gros Ventre mountains to the east — Lefty Ranch speaks directly to the pond it borders, as well as the big timber and historic corrals that dot its 35 acres.
An existing 30-yr Californian farmhouse was used as an exterior shell and the interior was renovated like Theseus’ ship, piece by piece, until it was totally new.
The Holley house on Noyac road was inspired by Peter Sabbeth’s own house “fresh Pond.” Our client came to see the house and while she loved it, she loved even more how she could change it and make it hers.
