TodayTix Group Office by Thirdway redefines what a creative workplace can be — sophisticated, social, and deeply connected to the theatre scene it serves. Located at 24 West Street in the heart of London’s Soho, this bold conversion of a former Methodist church perfectly mirrors the company’s vibrant energy and passion for performance.

A Historic Setting with Modern Spirit

The TodayTix Group Office occupies a Grade II listed building already rich with character. Its soaring ceilings, exposed steelwork, and dramatic arched windows create a backdrop that feels both historic and theatrical. Just steps away from The Ambassadors Theatre and St Martin’s Theatre, the location situates the company quite literally in the heart of the West End — where creativity thrives.

Thirdway embraced the existing architectural drama, enhancing the building’s natural light and height while layering in a design that feels contemporary, comfortable, and unmistakably theatrical.

Eclectic Vintage Character

Stepping through the red double doors, visitors enter a lounge that feels more like a private members club than a corporate office. Plush seating zones divided by a long collaboration table create a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, echoing the glamour of Soho’s entertainment venues.

The interior is infused with the personality of TodayTix Group’s CEO, a design enthusiast and collector of vintage furniture. Many statement pieces come directly from his personal collection — including a classic 1970s designer sofa and a wooden Falcon chair sourced from a Paris flea market. These bespoke elements bring a sense of authenticity and creative charm that sets the space apart.

A Workplace Made for Performance

True to the company’s roots in live entertainment, the TodayTix Group Office includes a speakeasy-style breakout area that doubles as an event and rehearsal space. A mezzanine kitchen overlooks the seating area below, where warm lighting and deep Bordeaux-red ceilings evoke the intimacy of a theatre.

Twin skylights — each adorned with a disco ball — scatter playful reflections across the walls, adding a touch of theatrical magic. This flexible zone regularly hosts rehearsals, small performances, product launches, and staff town halls, reinforcing the company’s close connection to the arts.

Designed for Hybrid Work

As a U.S.-based company with teams working across continents, TodayTix Group needed an office that reflects its hybrid work culture. Thirdway designed an agile environment with minimal fixed desks, instead prioritizing meeting rooms, private phone booths, and adaptable social spaces. The goal was to create a workplace people want to return to — one that encourages collaboration, creativity, and community.

Craftsmanship in Every Detail

Attention to detail drives every part of the design. Thirdway’s team curated each object — from vintage vases to the arrangement of cushions — to create a space that feels lived-in yet elevated. The textures, lighting, and color palette combine to deliver a warm, welcoming environment that inspires both focus and creativity.

A Theatrical Workplace for the Modern Era

Ultimately, TodayTix Group Office by Thirdway captures the essence of the company’s identity: creative, inclusive, and passionately connected to theatre culture. The result is more than a workplace — it’s a stage for collaboration, inspiration, and storytelling, right in the beating heart of London’s West End.
