In May 2014, Ireland’s leading live communication agency, Verve, has moved its offices in a new building on Erne Street, just near Merrion Square, Dublin 2. After 2 and half years of searching for a perfect office building, the movement came in a special moment for the company, in the same time with the 23rd celebration of business activity. Having a customer portfolio that includes prestigious brands, such as Dropdox, Coca –Cola or Diageo, Verve takes into consideration the benefits of a work environment that stimulates inspiration and imagination for the business.
Verve aimed to move and to change the cellular structure of the offices towards an innovative space aimed to favor better cooperation and creativity among employees. The Erne Street Building has initially been, in the 20th century, used as a production space for a candle factory, and, in the 90s the architect Gerry Cahil remodeled it and transformed it in a contemporary gallery. Finally, the space was undertaken by Verve and it proved to be perfect for the desired offices. The space offers a relaxing atmosphere with a comfortable sofa and ottoman by CA Design where visitors may enjoy a coffee or a tea while admiring the surroundings.
There are sleek white desks and, on high up above them, there is a treehouse. A padded pedestal is placed near each workstation, thus encouraging informal internal conversations. An interesting element of originality and style is a vintage 1973 Citroen DS transformed in a four person meeting space. The car reminds of a time of luxury and flair and underlines Verve’s events and brand experience. Beautifully colored walls divide the mezzanine space and the MD’s office. In a busy, stressing day a “quiet room” is a great idea and, in this case, it is an interesting pop-art inspired one. The color theme – theme of white with splashes of VERVE’s signature lime green throughout- is continued upstairs.
Established in 1991, VERVE is an independently owned live communication agency in Ireland, which has gained fame and respect in the industry. This fact is certified by several awards: the “Best Event Produced for a Corporation or Association” category at the International Special Events Awards 2014 along with the “Best Event Launch (Diet Coke)” and “Best Event Sponsorship (Electric Ireland for Dancergy)” at the Irish Event Industry Awards 2013. The original Verve offices is another expression of their talent to combine style with functionality and it is meant to amaze visitors, employees and potential customers. Via Verve
