Born from the desire for beauty and style, for uncommon and spectacular, luxury has been considered the privilege of the rich and famous. It is always related to pleasure, comfort, satisfaction and a sumptuous environment. Luxury is as old as civilization and has been admired as well as criticized. Over the centuries, extravagance has met style creating new dimensions of luxury.
The Ukrainian designer Victoria Faynblat redefines luxury in a modern approach. Inspired by old houses in Italy and France, Victoria simply delights our eyes with color and shape, in a design poem dedicated to luxury. Velvet, gold, silk, marble, fine wood essences join together in an invitation to pleasure.
The designer succeeds to magically combine white, black and golden in order to create magnificent light effects. Curtains and carpets fill in the background allowing the guests to be delightfully spoiled. The chandeliers spread generous light with the conspiracy of crystals. The wallpapers look deliciously silky and glamorous. A fireplace or an aquarium is used for increasing the amazement. The ceilings seem a combination of shapes and colors that follow the general lines of the room. Sometimes the ceiling itself takes the attention by color and shape, a really personal and interesting approach. Victoria considers that interior of a home is a reflection of a personality, in a greater extent than cloths as it is harder to change. Her interiors are a reflection of a passion for glamour and luxury!
