Consequently, by marrying high‑performance sustainable systems with endlessly reconfigurable modules, Whidbey Puzzle Prefab sets a new standard for net‑zero, low‑impact living.
Flexible Modular Design for Any Setting
First, at the core of Whidbey Puzzle Prefab are four distinct modules—for living, sleeping/studying, energy, and outdoor dining—that snap together like puzzle pieces. In addition, homeowners can expand, rearrange, or downsize their layout to suit remote, suburban, or urban environments. Furthermore, because the modules rest on pin foundations rather than concrete slabs, the design eliminates heavy excavation and permanently visible foundations. As a result, each home leaves a minimal footprint on its site while maximizing adaptability and longevity. Carbon‑Negative Performance and Net Zero Living

Therefore, by avoiding concrete foundations, the project cuts CO₂ emissions by 24 tons compared to conventional construction.
