For those who cannot fall asleep in the dark, Loena Lantern represents the ideal solution. It was created in the Netherlands by Ontwerpduo. During the day, Loena lantern can be used as a normal source of light but as soon as the sun sets, like magic, it transforms into a magical source of light with a graceful afterglow. Made of Biotop paper and screen-printed with a special ink, it can afterglow for 8 hours.

Loena lantern needs only 5 minutes to charge either from the sun or from the light of the lamp. It is suitable for the bedroom or nursery and it is available in 2 models that come standard with a partially 3D printed fitting. Carefully packed with extra protection inside, Loena can be the perfect gift for those who are enchanted by magic or cannot sleep in the darkness.

‘It will shine still brighter when night is about you. May it be a light to you in dark places, when all other lights go out.’
– J.R.R. Tolkien, Lord of the Rings
A magical light source with a graceful afterglow which lingers for up to eight hours once all the other lights have been turned off and the sun shines upon another hemisphere. The pattern on the cream FSC paper shade is screen-printed with a special ink that charges itself throughout the day, and from the light of the lamp. Loena is a dream catcher for bedroom or nursery, and a shining beacon in the darkness – this celestial body is suitable for any ceiling. Available in two models; comes standard with a partially 3D printed fitting. For more information visit Ontwerpduo website.
