Instead they seek a gracious living environment where modern convenience meets sophisticated style.

The design inspiration behind this private, gated infill community is Mediterranean Tuscan with a nod to Santa Barbara design aesthetic, patterned after an adjacent, prestigious retail shopping village with its own urban Italian piazza theme.

The narrow lot design orientation targets buyers interested in low maintenance luxury without the hassle of large lot maintenance. Particular attention was paid to creating light-filled and private escape spaces that belie the sense of density in this luxury product.
