Dellagio Residence – Mediterranean Tuscan Style in Santa Barbara

Dellagio Residence - Mediterranean Tuscan Style in Santa Barbara (1)

Dellagio is a real estate project designed by BSB Design in Santa Barbara.

Description by BSB Design: The primary target market is affluent, active move-down buyers seeking to be closer to the social scene – buyers that no longer want or need the management headache a large home on a large lot can bring. Instead they seek a gracious living environment where modern convenience meets sophisticated style.

Dellagio Residence - Mediterranean Tuscan Style in Santa Barbara (2)The design inspiration behind this private, gated infill community is Mediterranean Tuscan with a nod to Santa Barbara design aesthetic, patterned after an adjacent, prestigious retail shopping village with its own urban Italian piazza theme.

Dellagio Residence - Mediterranean Tuscan Style in Santa Barbara (7)The narrow lot design orientation targets buyers interested in low maintenance luxury without the hassle of large lot maintenance. Particular attention was paid to creating light-filled and private escape spaces that belie the sense of density in this luxury product.

Dellagio Residence - Mediterranean Tuscan Style in Santa Barbara (3)The community is located in the heart of a vibrant area full of cosmopolitan amenities and community-centered living features with easy, walkable access to upscale restaurants and retail. The infill location was a key development point for the marketing success of this community.
