In the bustling core of Genoa, just steps from the historic center, CIRCOLO-A has transformed a flat into a space of striking duality. This renovation project adapts seamlessly to two distinct purposes: as a personal sanctuary for the client and as an appealing property for real estate investment.
The result is a flat that doesn’t just accommodate its surroundings but actively interacts with them, blending vibrant colors, sophisticated design, and meticulous attention to detail.
A Dynamic and Vibrant Kitchen
Upon entering, the flat immediately envelops visitors in a bold and dynamic atmosphere. The kitchen, with its intense blue walls and ceiling, commands attention. This dramatic color choice is balanced by the crisp white of the worktop and the warm leather tones of the base units.
