The Healthier Vilnius Office by Rimartus Design Studio is located within the vibrant stage of Vilnius Vingis Park. Designed to reflect both the energy of the city and the dynamic needs of its users, the project blends open, flexible spaces with an industrial yet minimalist aesthetic. The result is a workplace that supports multifunctional activities while remaining rooted in the context of its unique setting.
Open and Multifunctional Layout
From the start, the design prioritized flexibility. The main spaces are dedicated not only to office work but also to group and sports activities, requiring large, bright, and adaptable areas. On the lower level, the office includes a spacious sports activity zone, offices divided by mobile partitions, an administration area, as well as showers and changing rooms. These functional zones support both wellness and productivity.
Mezzanine-Level Workspace
The second level, designed as a mezzanine, houses the main office space. Here, employees benefit from an open environment that encourages collaboration. A dedicated management office and a culinary kitchen room are also located on this level, adding variety to the daily work experience and reinforcing the office’s commitment to health and social interaction.
Industrial Aesthetics and Urban Rhythm
The interior design mirrors the rhythm of Vilnius itself. Structural elements are intentionally left visible and celebrated—columns, large windows, stepped ceilings, mezzanine railings, and exposed ventilation ducts define the character of the space. This industrial approach, paired with minimalist details, creates an honest and modern environment that feels both robust and inspiring.

By combining open-plan flexibility, wellness-oriented facilities, and a design language that celebrates structural clarity, the Healthier Vilnius Office demonstrates how workplaces can become active participants in urban life.
