When our team was chosen to design a new interior in one of Ljubljana’s newest buildings, the apartment was practically ready to move in – painted, with all the hardware installations, oak laminated parquet and a completed bathroom with ceramic tiles and sanitary equipment.

Searl Lamaster Howe was commissioned to design the refurbishment of these two three-bedroom units at the Ritz Carlton Residences. Both units feature a sophisticated palette of materials anchored by dark ash floors.
The site is a modest 60 feet by 75 feet, in a dense layout of multi-generational apartments five stories tall. It is abutted by roads on the North and West, these being the only sides not having buildings in close proximity.
