Luxury Upper West Side Condom - Perianth Interior Design (7)

Upper West Side Apartment is a family suite designed by Perianth Interior Design.

This family condo on Manhattan’s Upper West Side is dramatic and luxe, while also managing to be highly livable. An amalgamation of soft, hard and sexy materials – mahogany, leather, steel, glass and chicken wire – reflect the juxtaposition of traditional and quirky seen throughout. North Toronto House Completely Renovated by Asquith Architects

This project began as a simple addition to the rear of a two storey detached house in Bedford Park. Through the design and construction process the renovation expanded to include a full renovation weaving a new and modern aesthetic into the existing house.

Belvedere Penthouse in Downtown Montreal / Desjardins Bherer

Throughout the Belvedere penthouse, special attention has been paid to concealing mechanical services and creating a harmonious whole. Small recessed lighting fixtures form luminous rectangles on the ceiling, motorized curtains retreat into specially designed niches, kitchen cabinets are free of handles, and door frames fit flush with the walls.

Hood Canal Boat House and Cottage, Olympic Peninsula, Washington

This little building is the re-imagination of an existing boathouse that had no windows, one door, and no charm. It is conceived as a building that can turn itself inside out, offering a protective layer of concrete block and steel to the outside with the warmth of marine plywood on the inside.
