With two children soon approaching their teenage years, the owners of ‘The Union’ came to Dalecki Design wanting to expand their character home in Subiaco, facilitating moments of shared family time and opportunities to retreat in solitude.
The owner of this 1950’s home came to Dalecki Design wanting to create The Duke House – a contemporary addition, transforming their small, two bedroom, one bathroom house into a three bedroom, two bathroom home suitable for a young, growing family.
MGP managed the entire residential project, including client management, design concept, right through to project management of construction, management of all approvals and the process for new titles, and management of sales and marketing.
The owners came to Dalecki Design with a cottage that was tired and run down. It was lacking all the mod cons and was becoming too small for the growing family. The brief was to extend this humble Mosman Park cottage to accommodate their need for more space
