In the entry hallway we wrapped an existing wall with new wooden fins that are perforated into an oversized pegboard, allowing it to function as storage (seen below on the left).

Dash Marshall was founded by Amy Yang, Ritchie Yao, and Bryan Boyer in 2009.
Dash thinks that architecture & interiors, buildings & cities can be better. Not only should they be more inspired and joyous, but they should help us live, work, and play more effectively.
We built a multi-disciplinary design studio so that we can work towards this ambition in the most effective way possible, from the design of spaces to strategies, and everything in between.

Californian Farmhouse Renovated Using a Mixture of Fir, White Oak, and Walnut
An existing 30-yr Californian farmhouse was used as an exterior shell and the interior was renovated like Theseus’ ship, piece by piece, until it was totally new.
Bond Street Apartment by Dash Marshall: Wormhole Project
We built a Wormhole above Bond Street by invading a historic structure with futuristic bits to create a world within a world: new inside of old, dark inside of bright, minimal inside of maximal. The Bond Street apartment is defined by a complete change of style, form, lighting, and material on all surfaces from floor to ceiling.
Raft Loft Combines Two Separate Dwelling Units into a Single Home for a Growing Family
New York architecture studio Dash Marshall has turned two Tribeca residences into one home – Raft Loft – connected by a hanging, blackened steel spiral staircase. We renovated the entirety of the ground floor, executed limited interventions to the second floor, and inserted a new staircase to connect the two spaces with a series of intermediate levels.
