Our Robinhood Residence is a two story, new construction home located on a corner lot in the Tarrytown Neighborhood of Austin, TX. The white masonry clad residence is deftly woven into both the network of mature oak trees
This new home was informed by our client’s experience living on the site. The design responded to a desire for a home that would allow a young family to have a seamless relationship with the native landscape of the site. Coastal winds, high saline conditions, bush fire regulations and traffic noise were all notable factors in shaping the nurturing diagram
Botanical Garden Apartment is a project for a young energetic girl, a champion in ballroom dancing, she is also a dance teacher. The area is 40 square meters.
This “Material Lab” not only belongs to company members, but also belongs to every participant of all kinds of activities. Practical aspect is the design tenet of this project. We chose a variety of different materials and lay them out in the interior in an intuitive and revealing way.
The L shaped plan of each villa encloses within it a spacious garden, which is directly accessible from the main reception space through large sliding doors. The second arm houses are the dining space.
Calçada House is located in Vila de Paraíso in the north of Portugal. There were existing house from 18th century and several annex buildings with several trees in old manor with 5000m2.
