The project site for this 2,100 sf residence is a 3,750 sf ascending northwesterly facing parcel with panoramic views towards Los Angeles’ Silver Lake Hills and Reservoir. The Tilt-Shift House is situated adjacent to multiple significant mid-century modern homes
Hidden away on a large acreage near Marble Falls, TX, this ranch home floats atop a rocky cliff overlooking rushing creek waters below. Porch dwellers dangle over the cliff edge on cantilevered decks extending as much as 15 feet.
Brickwork, mahogany paneling and a new guest casita are featured in this 1950s Texas dwelling that has been meticulously renovated by Austin- and San Antonio-based studio Clayton & Little.
The Estacada House project was a complete remodel of a beautiful, but sadly run-down country house on a 250 acre estate. The property, which cascades down from the house, first to a beautiful pool and then to a river and forest, reputedly has the best salmon fishing in the state.
The existing property consisted of a Grade 2 listed double fronted Victorian house. Connected to the house was a disused cattle shed and beyond that a ruin, which was a former parchment factory and a scheduled monument.
Perched high on the North slope of Potrero Hill, the location of this project provides an abundance of natural light and views of the city, the bay and beyond. The site is a typical San Francisco narrow lot flanked by zero lot line properties on either side, creating an urban canyon running East to West.
Canaletto, the distinctive architectural landmark building designed by UNStudio, is unveiling its limited-edition collection of elegant three-bedroom modern sanctuaries at the top of the building, designed and furnished by international design teams from Goddard Littlefair and WOMO Architects.
