This was a collaborative project between Julie Reinhart Design and Asquith Architecture. The Playter Estates Reinvention project is a full renovation and new addition to a house in the Playter Estates Neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The Cyril Mansions flat is a London pied-a-terre for a business lady who lives in the countryside and stays in London a few days a month (she does not wish to be named). The flat is in the prestigious Cyril Mansions in the Prince of Wales Drive fronting Battersea Park.
The project is the interior design of a townhouse in Moscow, completed for a young family with two children. The main idea of the project was to create a fascinating design of the space that values both light and shadow and still is functional at the same time.
Our client for this project was hesitating as to whether she should move from her seemingly unfixable Pearl District apartment. When she visited another unit we had redesigned in the same building she decided to stay and transform it.
The ” CLT courtyard house ” by DPo Architecture was built using prefabricated mass timber CLT panels on a site in Vancouver.
JUMA Architects beautifully integrated the entrance door and converted the connecting volume between the two wings of the house into a symmetrical whole, with solid wooden beams that support the new awning.
Valley Family House is a 580 meter construction, built on a 5,000 square meter lot in a gated community called Valle Santana in Valle de Bravo. The lot has a complex surface, with a 35% incline which makes construction a challenge but provides a grand view.
