Comprehensive redistribution and remodelling project of a duplex with 85 m2 of usable interior space, for a couple with two children. The couple desired maximum use of natural light and space to create a home with three bedrooms
The brief was to design a new energy efficient, low maintenance house filled with natural light for a couple and their extended family when they visit. The Longis View house is orientated to maximise the spectacular coastal views to the south of the site whilst retaining the sense of intimacy, set slightly into the hillside to the north.
This 100 m2 Loft with structure and apparent installations is located in the noble neighborhood of Morumbi, in São Paulo. Diego Revollo invested in elegant finishes and original solutions to adapt the spaces.

With a purposefully subdued palette of concrete, dark siding, and hardwoods throughout, Magnolia Residence infuses warmth and craft with modern simplicity.
In addition to the Scandinavian traditions, the Swedish summer house draws inspiration from Japan, in an interpretation where simplicity, wood and the relationship with the surrounding nature are at the heart of the architecture.
