Tasman View House is a low maintenance sleek home on the foothills of the Richmond Ranges. An extra thick insulated envelope of metal roofing and aluminium cladding wrap over elements of cedar shiplap and Fijian Kauri.
The client required a low maintenance house that would feel comfortable in scale for the couple and ‘open up’ for visiting guests whilst still allowing privacy and separate spaces.
The Loewinger house has a main living space/kitchen with huge windows in both sides and a high tilted ceiling, ranging from 13 feet at the front to 20 feet in the back, facing the huge tree and the mountain.
Designed as a West coast retreat for a Wisconsin neurosurgeon, attorney, and family, the Cornelio house sits on a narrow corner lot enjoying views of the hills, the city, and the Pacific horizon beyond.
The client is a couple who wanted a Fun and Flexible living space in their newly bought HDB apartment, without compromising on their programmatic requirement.
Anita Apartment is a Project designed in 2017 by Ambidestro Arquitetura and it covers an area of 70m2 located in Porto Alegre, South Brazil. The apartment, decorated with 2 suites (70 m2), was designed to accommodate the many demands of its future residents: privileges the breadth without giving up the design and functionality that an apartment of this size must anticipate.
