The collaboration between the architect James Dixon and the decorator Carolina George has resulted in an exceptional approach regarding the interiors of this apartment on Bond Street, New York, called Soho Penthouse. The option of the two collaborators regarding the whole development was to be based also on a solution of chromatic nature which became somehow classic, respectively the visual impact that the cooperation between black and white have. Also, it is very important the flexibility that this combination offers regarding the choice of decors. Refurbishment of an Attic of a Single Family House from the 30s

The attic in the multi-family house in the Old Grunwald district was adapted into the modern and functional flat and work studio. The initial attic space was characterized by various heights of the rooms (some of them very low) and with preserved beautiful wooden ceiling and floor.
