Stylish finca for a holiday in Mallorca: Baix de S’era

Stylish finca for a holiday in Mallorca Baix de S’era (1)

Finca Baix de S’era is a vacation home located in Alaró, Mallorca, Spain.  The house was designed in 2015 by architect Jaume Colom.

Description by Urlaubs Architektur: The newly opened Finca Baix de S’era is a stylish place for a holiday in Mallorca away from mass tourism. The owners actually wanted to build a bungalow, but due to the building regulations this was not possible. The three-part complex with pitched roof, that the architect has planned instead, is modern, but still adapts to the traditional architecture. Also, the name refers to traditions: The house is situated below (baix) the former threshing floor (era).
