The project is a building nearly forty years old on Shidong Road. It’s a typical apartment building sandwiched between the left and right buildings with the light coming from the front and back.
The Pattern House takes up these principles and applies them in Madrid, merging them with those of contemporary Spanish architecture of flexibility, dynamism and expanded domesticity.
