A clean, contemporary and light filled home was the basis for the design of our recently completed 4 bed, 3 bathroom residence in Como, Sydney.
The Tarragindi Steel house is an exemplar for small lot family living. The spacious light filled interiors and dramatic double height spaces defy the constraints of the block size.
The design was lead by the Edwardian character of the original Elgin house and it was important that the new addition carried through this sensibility. The owners were wanting to create a relaxed family home, that both spoke of their life in Australia but also reflected back to time spent living in the UK.
