A burger served on a shovel? Such things only in Rusztowanie bistro, a new culinary spot in Poznań’s Łazarz. Designers from mode:lina™ ensured that the interior design of a basement in an over 100-year old townhouse, is consistent with the name and communication strategy of the restaurant.
Pipca Bistro in Prague by Mar.s Architects
Pipca bistro is situated in a new-rising „gastro“ district in the street Milady Horákové, Prague – Letná. The leading part is played by chicken – pipca (tweety :)) and the way of cooking: thanks to its size and noticeable design, the grill called rotisserie is the heart of the bistro.

The empty and forgotten semi-basement space in the 19th century Ljubljana corner building, which faces the riverside and a rarely frequented stairs-street, housed diverse ventures in the past, from a local butcher shop to a wholesale wine store.
