BRTLK apartment is located on the top of the older development in Bratislava named Tri Veže. Nomen Omen is here absolutely accurate because the building contains from the base and three towers where all of them have 22 levels.
The WERK restaurant, occupying a large portion of the ground floor and extending into the exterior, has become an important meeting place and a vital element of the building and its surrounding area.
This two-story industrial loft situated in the industrial object Mlynica is an unusual living space. The Mlynica object itself, located in a rather remote brownfield in Bratislava, recently underwent an extensive transformation and currently offers multifunctional space with minimal residential use.
The design of the new work environment was orchestrated by the Prague based Studio Perspektiv. The task was stated clearly – to create offices that will support company culture and serve as an exceptional event space.
