The project is a building nearly forty years old on Shidong Road. It’s a typical apartment building sandwiched between the left and right buildings with the light coming from the front and back.
One space within the mall, however, remained a tough sell: an unusual bridge-like appendage that had housed a branch of the Le Cordon Bleu Cooking Academy.
The newly renovated building is part of a set of constructions ordered to be built by the company Fábrica de Cerâmica das Devesas, in Porto, which functioned as a warehouse and showcase for the various products manufactured at the time by the same company.
