The owners of this 2300 sf converted loft in Soho had a clearly defined vision for their what their renovation wasn’t. Their close friends and neighbors across the elevator had recently renovated their identical loft with BC—OA – a project we titled “ The Selective Loft ”…
This minimalist duplex loft is a transformation project, changing a single floor office into a two level Loft. The existing office space had very few windows – providing poor sunlight conditions for housing purposes.
1611 Pleasant, known to us at the Wittenberg Residence, is a three-story residential infill project located on a double lot in Over-the-Rhine. Through a series of iterations, the site was able to accommodate a two-car garage and private autocourt
Vipp loft is part of the ‘Vipp Hotel’ – a concept that allows Vipp guests and customers to live in and with the company’s products in a home-away-from-home.
The modern loft apartment interior was inspired by the architecture of the surrounding old town. The key task and challenge of the architect was to create the feeling of space, which has been achieved by joining the kitchen with the living room
Designed by Knob Modern Design in 2017, this home features a new smooth stucco exterior, new asphalt shingle roof, exposed block walls inside and polished concrete floors, exposed trusses, new insulation/ vaulted spaces
They purchased a 900 sf loft within a former chocolate factory and asked PLANT to renovate it in a way that would enable them to use the space as either a two-bedroom condominium or a one-bedroom unit with an expanded living area.
