Located within the Central Business District of Cincinnati, Ohio, this penthouse loft is situated on the third floor of a historic multi-family building. It was a single level “white box” unit with a unique footprint of 25 ft wide by 120 ft in length.

This 12th street loft building, known as University Mews, is in the heart of Greenwich Village. Built in 1900, as a shirt factory, the structure has lovely vaulted ceilings that were left fully expressed in the renovation.

The Wells Fargo building, located in the Hamilton Park neighborhood in Jersey City, was built at the end of the 19th century as a stable for the company’s iconic stagecoach horses. Our clients, who are working artists, had acquired the double-height ground level space hoping to transform it into a live-work studio.
