Ibiza Spring House: Embracing Mediterranean Style
Opening up the space using large windows which look to the outside, so that nature and the gardens of this Mediterranean house could penetrate the 350 m² of house and 3,000 m² of garden.
Susanna Cots is a Spanish designer known for her emotionally intuitive approach to interior design, rooted in harmony, clarity, and light. Born in Solsona in 1977, she began her design career with a background in building and works design, later expanding her studies in interior design in Barcelona. Throughout her education, she gained experience working with architecture and design firms, honing a meticulous attention to detail. Her commitment to continuous learning led her to complete specialized studies in store window design in Madrid and interior design for audiovisual production in 2004.
In 2001, Susanna founded her own studio in Manresa, where she develops projects for both private clients and businesses. Her work is characterized by a strong emphasis on order, visual comfort, and the strategic use of light—often articulated through stylized lines, thoughtful volumetrics, and a refined palette dominated by white. This minimalist yet emotionally resonant approach consistently results in interiors that are serene, balanced, and deeply human-centered.
