Manhattan Rooftop Residence, SheltonMindel

Manhattan Rooftop Residence / SheltonMindel

Combine the two top floors of a Manhattan co-op building with outdoor space, and convert into a seamless duplex penthouse. The cubic nature of the volume created about the opened up slabs emphasizes the verticality of these two floors so unique to this unit.

Stonington Residence, Joeb Moore & Partners

Stonington Residence / Joeb Moore & Partners

The Stonington Residence, a recently renovated and restored historic house, is sited between 300 feet of waterfront and a large meadow in Stonington, Connecticut. While the house is situated on a small stone ledge, additional rock outcroppings of the landscape help to organize the outdoor spaces, which include a studio and garage, a pool, and patios.
